Just opposite the National Archeological Museum it offers a taste of authentic Roman gastronomy. So let's start. Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, roasted pork, lemon mousse tarter and coffee. Our hotel recommended that we dine at this restaurant because it is a local place with quality food and inexpensive prices. The food was decent. I enjoyed a plate of risotto with speck and artichokes. The local Lazio wine that I recommended was on spot. The ambiance lacked warmth. It all seemed too new and fake for a traditional Trattoria.
