"Can't help but laugh at how bad our experience was... I mean we only went there for sundaes! We placed our order and after waiting patiently for 10 minutes, two other customers walk in. They clearly knew a lot of the staff that were working and started chatting away to them. Another 5 minutes go by and finally we see one of our sundaes get placed on the bench... After waiting another 5 minutes (so 20 minutes of waiting for 3 sundaes at this stage) there are only 2 sundaes on the bench whilst the staff are still chatting away to the other two customers. My partner has had enough and goes up and asks "why is it taking so long?" The response he got off one of the girls was "oh yeah sorry he's quite arrogant" talking about the guy working there. what that had to do with anything we were unsure, but they then quickly whipped up the last sundae. As my partner brings them over to the table the 2 sundaes that had been sitting on the bench for a while are starting to drip all over the place... And on top of that they gave me mini MnM's instead of the flake I ordered... LOL what the hell?!!! My partner goes back up to say the orders wrong and we want the 2 sundaes replaced. The "arrogant guy" then becomes very rude but reluctantly made us fresh sundaes within just a minute... WOW how easy was that!!!"

"This has to be the worst parma I have ever had. Don't know how a pub can get it so wrong. The chicken was not cooked through, then was microwaved so all soggy with a spoonful of tomato sauce with 4 blobs of hard cheese not been under the grill long enough so still hard and chewy."
