"We have a place at Venus Bay and love a Sunday afternoon chilling out at the Cavity. Yesterday things went to a new level as we had the Snapper Cakes with a cold beer. They were off the charts and as always the service was great. Ignore the negative reviews... A small coastal town in a beautiful part of south gippsland you will be surprised by the taste, atmosphere and authentic vibe. It's not chapel street but it's does not pretend to be... It's the real Venus Bay deal."

"I don't eat ice that often, but came here a few times because we were on vacation. There was a decent handful of vegan sorbet flavors, clearly characterized, and even a selection of cones (all vegan except the red, which had “stucked up” in it. The staff was familiar with vegan items and super friendly. I have to taste all the flavors and they all seemed good. The chocolate was very good. The shop sells other foods, but I don't think it was vegan. There was room inside and outside, but we walked away to find another place."
