this place is over 45 years old. the old coca cola was on the main road, 30 years back. I remember her pork and bamboo shooting dishes, it was so delicious and so balanced between soreness and sweet. textur of the harbour was perfect! a bit spicy, but not overwhelming or dominating other flavors and ingredients. the pig was shredded or thin cut to fit with the thin disc bamboo shoot! one of my best kindness memories...
