What User likes about Mann Mann Rooftop Cafe:
Nice place and location, tasty crepe with banana (all though quite expensive for here I think). Only thing I didn't like is that the staff literally followed me and looked at me standing right next to me for when I made a choice what to other. But that seems like Burmese hospitality... View all feedback.

Beautiful view after a busy day. Eating is good and servings are big. Papaya juice is fresh and costs only 1,000 kilos. Service fast.
