I have lived in Taunton for over a year and went to this place almost every day until about a month ago. The service is absolutely terrible in the last few months. I stopped going there because 3 times.. not 1 but 3 times in a row they screwed my order. Love to take off coffee and tea. All the shops I visited are very pleasant and consistent from one to the next.
Went for a roasted bagel and got a burned bagel. When I returned with feedback, no apology was given. I was handed over a new bagel and pulled along.
