IGNORE ALL BAD REVIEWS!!! The customer service is great in this restaurant. Of course there are people who have bad days and can be grumpy, just like anywhere else in a work place. The food is FRESH, the manager gets their meat fresh from the butcher and seasons it himself. Any 1-2 star reviews are cranky Karens looking to bring down the restaurant. Food was just okay, but the service was good when I got to the window to pick up my order. I placed my order online, which they require you to pick a sauce. There 's no option for choosing no sauce , however, there is an option to write in a note at the bottom.
