The manager at the Taupo branch, Karan, was very rude. He helped another woman before me even though I was there first, which made me feel discriminated against. When I mentioned that I arrived earlier, he did apologize, but then apologized again for apologizing and made me feel even worse. Although the food was okay, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.
