The food was okay and the portion was huge. Staffs are nice. Location perfect. I went there for lunch time and there are not many people so that I could enjoy time here. Unfortunately I could have pork ribs which I wanted..steak was nice okay and chips were great. Dumpling is not that great. I would try other food next time. View all feedback.

"Aesthetically pleasing space, with options of different spaces for seating if you're someone who loves choice! My highlight was the amazing bread they served with my fish of the day, with slaw on the side. Great choice of cabinet treats also. Lots of choice in all aspects. Parking is very easy. Would go there again more than once."

"The food is divine!! one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever been to in all of Tauranga!! I’m yet to find any other restaurant that can match this quality of Food!!! The staff are so friendly and attentive!!! The atmosphere takes you away to another place with soothing sounds to add to the dining experience!!! I Would 100% recommend anyone looking for top quality Indian Food to try Great spice in Papamoa!!! They call it Great spice, but for me…….I call it “Greatest spice” because the chefs provide just the right amount of heat to their dishes when you order it “Kiwi Hot.” At other Restaurants that I’ve ordered “Kiwi Hot” in the past, I tends to always end up with me eating molten Lava and I can’t even attempt to finish my meal. But at Great spice Papamoa they add “JUST” the right amount of heat to the dish to give it that little kick to heighten the senses but not punish the taste buds. Just thinking about Great Spice in Papamoa makes me hungry……."
