Whenever we go over the Kaimai hill, we always call in to Country fare, pick up fresh milk but mainly for their ice creams...delicious a selection of berries you can have with whipped ice cream or yogurt..a must.. also many other grocery items available... View all feedback.

The best Chicken and Chips ask for extra seasoning. Most of the counter staff speak very good English and are very polite. Got to try Charlie's Chicken beats KF...

"Spent a week in Tauranga and became a regular guest of this cafe. I loved the vegan options they have, in particular that great salad one of the girls made me on the first day, when I arrived after the cabinet had been raided during lunch! Super yummy, with fresh greens, roasted veggies and an excellent creamy cashew dressing. Oh and for breakfast, the banana-dates-walnut scone with a fresh summer smoothie was perfect too! Or... that tofu and mushroom filo pastry (sooo creamy) with a nice salad... or... OK you got it, everything was really good. Plus, the place is nice, near the centre, the prices are more than OK and the people working there are nice."

"Great selection of modern fusion food. We got a bit carried away, but had plenty of food to take home. Karage chicken was a bit well done, but the rest of the dishes were cooked to perfection. Stand out dishes included cauliflower, sashimi, bulgogi, salmon and Pork belly bao. The print on the menu was very small, so most of us took a photo to enlarge it. See attached."
