"Spent a week in Tauranga and became a regular guest of this cafe. I loved the vegan options they have, in particular that great salad one of the girls made me on the first day, when I arrived after the cabinet had been raided during lunch! Super yummy, with fresh greens, roasted veggies and an excellent creamy cashew dressing. Oh and for breakfast, the banana-dates-walnut scone with a fresh summer smoothie was perfect too! Or... that tofu and mushroom filo pastry (sooo creamy) with a nice salad... or... OK you got it, everything was really good. Plus, the place is nice, near the centre, the prices are more than OK and the people working there are nice."

"Our first visit to Grill and Green was certainly one to be remembered. We both felt very welcomed by the warm friendly team members and general atmosphere. We were served by a young man who was incredibly friendly and attentive, absolutely fantastic service! Food was ourstanding. We shared a few dishes and were so impressed with the amout of freshness and flavour. Grilled garlic prawns, salad and fries was the favourite although all of the dishes were flawless. We cant wait to try everything on the menu. I would highly recommend visiting and we will definitely be back again. "

"Great selection of modern fusion food. We got a bit carried away, but had plenty of food to take home. Karage chicken was a bit well done, but the rest of the dishes were cooked to perfection. Stand out dishes included cauliflower, sashimi, bulgogi, salmon and Pork belly bao. The print on the menu was very small, so most of us took a photo to enlarge it. See attached."

"I really loved the low lighting. The lovely acoustics not echoey. A lot of local Indian people eating there which is always a good sign. We both had kingfisher beer and Dal Makhani which was delicious. Prices are reasonable too."
