Sat in the line for 40 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. Once you are in line, there’s no way out. They said they were backed up because people kept coming in the lobby. So the lobby would get their food first. I understand being backed up, I entered the line with only 4 cars ahead of me. But if you can’t do both, shut the drive thru down.
