Just a lovely terrace in the shade with a nice snack of the day. Stuffed peppers and eggplants. It tasted fantastic. Tasty rosé from Cotignac. Service so sweet....

"I was on pilgrimage to St. Maximin in mid-november and my whole trip was guided even to the point of visiting this unique restaurant. I was travelling alone and Olivier made me most welcome. I was delighted when he could speak English as my French was pretty poor. We had a good chat and I sampled his excellent food which was delicious; needless to say I went back the following evening for more and met friends who I I will go and see again. A wonderful find and surely one of the best in St. Maximin. Olivier takes great pride in preparing his dishes with lots of little details."
