Ham Seafood Express from Tavernier Menu

"Roller Lobster Overpriced for 1/4 lb of frozen Maine lobster claw meat. We were hoping for local fresh catch that we saw in many local fish markets and restaurants here. Flavors were excellent and we did love it...just not the value. 3.5 stars. All American Generous amount of relish but the cheese was queso fresco and not cheddar. It was edible but not great. I inquired about the cheese and was told it was cheddar! No apologies were made. Very unfortunate. 3 stars. I'm sure the other dishes here are stellar and we just ordered the wrong items. Hopefully we'll have a better experience next time."

"Don?t get strong-armed in eating breakfast at your fancy resort, drinking your coffee with your pinky up, and paying inflated prices. Come to Midway Cafe for a fantastic breakfast with great service. Omelettes are loaded, eggs cooked to your desire, andenjoy bottomless coffee. No grande coffee here for they speak English, not Starbucks, and they come in Sm, Med and Lg, in acoffee mug. They make the bread and pastries in house so they are fresh daily. Limited seating inside so get in early or takeoutside to eat in the back. Takeout is welcomed as well."

"Breathe this morning at doc, here in key largo. my wife and I have both the $7.99 special with 3 half-panels French toast and 2 eggs with 2 slices speck. the eggs were over medium size, as I had asked, the French toast was very good and the speck was properly cooked, but warm, not hot. Of course, the speck is precooked so I couldn't really mistake it. we both enjoyed the meal, but personally I would have tasted another piece speck. but I can't complain at the price! the personal was very nice and attentive. we'll be back!"
