Although Carbonella is not in Firenze, the type of beef and the quality of its cuts are quite equivalent. We had the T-bone Marchigiana, which is local and very good in this area. Surprised to see Waygu from Japan! Also the local speciality of the filled olives and Lardo crossing with rosemary. Everything very tasty with vino rosso.
