The pork was cooked just nice and the meat is tender and smooth. The organs does not smell stink. The dry noodle will be better as the special soy sauce enhanced the noodle taste. The dry noodle al served with the soup same as what you will get if you ordered soup noodle. But generally speaking the price versus specialty is less worth (from Peninsular point of view).
