Succesful Malaysian franchise. Nice place to sit and have drinks. Located in Kubota Sq, commercial area in Tawau. Parking is convienent. It is clean and spacious, many sitting tables. There is outdoor sitting and cozy sitting chairs. Restroom is clean. Food preparation is excellent. Food is okay but pricy for Tawau locals. Breakfast is recommened, variety of noodles and rice. "Must visit for travellers, will always have supper there whenever visiting tawau. Price is a bit expensive but would cost an arm and a leg if you just snack there, however, if you treat is as you main meal, it would be pricey. My favorite is the chicken tail, as they clean the tail and have the hormone lump removed."
