"I'm sure the food quality is good, but I see them struggling with service, due to their huge capacity. Waiters get confused all the time if a table ordered food or just desserts, bringing us stacks of plates even though we're only having Halo-Halo. They also ended up bringing more than what we ordered, which we had sent back. The food is good, but they have to be able to manage their capacity."
