Only went once. It was a bit pricey for me. The food was good and the service was good. The horchata needed to be run through a strainer but it was tasty.

"What a hidden gem and amazing place! My husband stumbled upon this place while in the area for work and it's incredible. It gets busy, so beware when you're in a rush. The portions are HUGE, the food is delicious, and the prices are completely reasonable. You order at the counter then find a spot to sit and eat. You pay on your way out. It's super small town Texas, so be prepared to be patient and friendly. There isn't any kind of alcohol, like beer or wine, so plan accordingly. This place is also an amazing meat market. For months, my husband has come here for all our fresh meat. It's excellent quality and highly recommended. If you order enough, you even get a cooler bag with the store name on it. Finally, this place is only about 90 minutes from austin and makes for a fun day trip."

"One of the gold standards of great bbq in Texas. Been here for years and continues to put out some of the best bbq. Their brisket and sausuge we had is among the best we've had in our wanderings. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Do yourself a flavor, lol, and go to Taylor for some great eats."

"Real Mexican restaurant that teleported me back to Toluca. I'm an El Pastor-Taco freak and this place didn't let me down! You can say that where all locals go, so please note that.
