I really tried to like this restaurant. the food was hardly mediocre. the food prices were crazy. too expensive for the value of food. I am a native from the opposite and that was my first visit to rich’s restaurant. my friend, I recommended it. the food and the service were fantastic.
great small street stop with tons of local color. had a perfect diner-style sink and cheese omelette; my honey had the boil salad, very fresh and good.
