"Please make sure your order is right before exiting the building. The staff members are sometimes in a hurry and will put the wrong found in my bag. For example if I order a combo meal and I’ll order Mac and cheese with it but when I get home I’ll see French fries in my bag. This is a regular occurrence with messing up my food.I love Chick fil A and I eat here often at this location since it’s near my home but y’all have to get customers orders correctly."

"I really enjoyed the Italian beef and the BBQ rib tips upon entering the building the smell of home will greet you. (If you are from Chicago). The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning as a Regular. "I've been there twice and twice I've been charged me too much, this time I ordered the jerk chicken for two and it's priced on the board at 16.25 each. When the young lady added it all up she said $59. When I asked how is that possible she kept telling me it's two jerk chicken dinners and I explain to her if I round it up on those two dinners to $20 each they were 16 rounded up to $20 because of tax it still wouldn't come to $59 and then she said oh I'm sorry and then re-rang it up and it came to $52. I'm like no that's not possible. When I explained to her again you're overcharging me then it went down to $39. I looked at the receipt I was charged 20 apiece and then the military discount, this is the second time that I went there in a second time they charge me way too much."

"This restaurant probably needs to shut down for a week or two and get organized and train employees/management. This restaurant isn't up to the standards of chic fil a. There were many employees I'm uniform sitting Around while trash was overflowing in thetrash can and food was all over the floor. It was almost unbelievable. I ordered food on the app. They were out of what I wantedand had to replace it with something else. I had to wait for 15 min even thou I ordered in advance on the app. This is the 5thtime in a row I've had a bad experience with this restaurant. Needs major improvements."
