I've been to multiple locations and this is by far the worst I've been to!! The woman that took my order was extremely rude! And then my drink was made wrong, I paid extra for the popping pearls and didn't have any in my drink. I went back up to get it corrected and they wanted to argue that there was pearls in the drink and that I was wrong... I had to argue with them to get them to give me a new drink after they po...
