We've been hearing a lot of good reviews about this place and of course, we had to try it ourselves! :) We went here to have dinner, the place was a little crowded since it was a Saturday night. Must try: Humba Bagnet Style, Crispy Pork Kare Kare and Ensaymada Sorbetes! :) View all feedback.
What Kiera Graham doesn't like about Minced Manila:
I've eaten here before and it was okay. Not really that special. Decided to try again but sad to say it was disappointing. I have the sisig and fried lumpiang Ubod.
The sisig was so-so and I think they filled the Knorr spice bottle with Tuyo because it was really salty.
The Lumpia was supposed to be my starter but it arrived when I was about to finish my meal. Very thick shell. It made the Lumpia tough.

Tag: One of the best Restos in Uptown Antipolo. Sprawling left and right....cafes, restos and uniquely themed places in Antipolo, Minced Manila is definitely making a name for itself! We tried during our visit: Watermelon Salad: Having greens on our dining treat is almost often but what sets this apart is the sweet watermelon, salty dressing and the fried kesong puti every flavors are right on spot! Beef Kare-kare: I'm fond of this type of dish so I know when it's good or just right for their version it's average, most of the parts serve are quite fat, the sauce lacks that peanut taste still the shrimp paste is a good compliment. Crispy Pork Humba: flavor wise it's good, sweet, savory and saucy however the crispy pork lacks the tenderness and its quite hard, it can use more simmer. Chicken simply flavored yet the crispy chicken will bring you back home, simple but great Fries over load: fries smothered with cheese, longanisa and some salsa very good! Try and visit this place it's a must explore ????

The sisig was so-so and I think they refilled the Knorr seasoning bottle with tuyo for it was really salty. The lumpia was supposedly my appetizer but it arrived when I was about to end my meal. Very thick wrapper. It made the lumpia chewy. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back here. No picture for the food was not worth it.
Been here twice, ai would say the food is good, for a reasonable price. Presentation of cuisine is excellent though there are room for improvements on taste for some menu, some only, but generally, food taste is good to very good.
