the Re-Belle is a trip for the taste buds. the surprisingly refined foods take one into the land of joy for all senses. the environment is casual and the service is very warm and friendly. we come every time we make holiday on la palma at least twice, as the card changes twice a week and we do not want to miss the new menu. extremely friendly staff, unfortunately it was a bit cold and windy to sit outside. but you had a place inside. for the weather there is no one here, it does not come into the review. the dives are well presented, but I don't have the raffinesse. the belugaline were boiled and cooked, besides raw red cabbage, which had tastefully a good sweet-saure note, but also remembers the content of the döner. the bark was very... Fuimos recomendados y no nos defraudó. La materia prima la tratan con mucho mimo, respetando los sabores y sus texturas. Unas combinaciones de sabores soberbios. Repetiremos seguro.
Cenamos en Re-Belle un total de tres veces y lo disfrutamos mucho. La comida/ingredientes estaban recién preparados y muy sabrosos. El ojo come contigo. Postres, vinos, entrantes: el pequeño menú tenía mucho que ofrecernos. El servicio fue excelente.
¡No es barato pero sí único en términos de comida y ambiente! También durante el día el Café Belvedere en la misma terraza y del mismo propietario, simplemente fantástico.
¡Este restaurante es absolutamente genial! Comida fantástica. Un pequeño menú (entrada y plato principal, pescado o carne vegetariana a elegir) que cambia los lunes y jueves. Servicio atento muy dulce. Hermosa vista más allá de una iglesia moderna hacia el mar. Comimos en Re-belle tres veces durante nuestra semana en La Palma. Delicioso cada vez. Y una carta de vinos increíble. Se recomiendan los vinos de Fuencaliente.
El entrante y el plato principal fueron increíbles. Además, su raza casera es increíble... Fue una lástima que solo consiguiéramos comer allí una vez durante nuestras cortas vacaciones, ¡pero volveremos...!
