If you are in Tbilisi and want to taste the authentic Indian food, the India Palace Restaurant will be the best restaurant. This is located near Meidan Square. visited twice during my last visit. Although there are many other Indian restaurants nearby, this is the best among them. Food is really great, including the Masala Chai (Tea). Paneer and Chicken Dishes are good. I wouldn’t call it a hidden gem but it’s hidden all right. I was the only client which gave me a sad feeling but after all I was hungry and very late for lunch due to time zone confusion. Food was good, plenty of vegetarian options and choices of bread. The place is at the heart of the touristic center.
