I think it's just one of the best place in Tao for having dinner. The Thai bbk is perfect, the food is gorgeous and with a crazy amount of different things. Lot of different meat, plenty of veggies and side, some sushis and maki for variety... that's definitely the best value for money and I was surprising about the quality of service. I was very satisfied from the big amazig different food to choose...everything was fresh and i will go back

"Absolutely wonderful experience in every way. If you only have one food experience on Koh Tao, this is the one to have. The food in Trust the Chef was brilliant I don’t usually go for degustation type meals but this one is well worth it. The food is so obviously made with thought and care and is delicious. By the end I couldn’t fit in another bite. Chris, Chayaphon and staff were so warm, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They were able to cater for a vegetarian amongst our group without losing any of the flavours and I loved the introduction of every dish. Wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful location. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Really well done perfect substitutes without losing any of the wonderful flavours or textures."

"Vegan items clearly marked. Though it was mid afternoon I went for the Vegan breakfast after reading reviews recommending it and it did not disappoint. Big portion, good value for money. Service was efficient and the cafe has a nice ambiance and is right on the beach."
