What User doesn't like about Restaurant El estribo:
Es una parilla popular, donde te van acercando distintos cortes, generalmente achuras. El lugar tiene una ambientación simple. Se llena temprano. Las mesas están demasiado cerca y es ruidoso. View all feedback.
Had a nice T-bone. The waitress with semi-razed head and black fingernail polishing was very neutral. I guess not all Argentineans can be warm and welcoming. It took 4 weeks, but I finally found one that was just polite.
Through the years we had visited this venture every time we are in Tandil. Once again, I had proven the reliability of it. Clean, bright and very well furnished to create a beautiful “gaucho” atmosphere as its name suggested. (El Estribo The Stirrup). Host and servers were very friendly and friendly. The venture has a long bar counter with full bar. Wine selection was broad and excellent as you should expect in any Argentine restaurant. The town of Tandil (and the surrounding area) is famous for its locally produced sausages and cheeses, cow, pork and lamb, not to mention cereals and products, as well as all their by-products. This makes the menu selection for appetizers, meat, pastas, salads and desserts all so great and tasteful. The place is a local landmark, and a must to visit when in the city.
