What Heather Barber likes about Marie's Kitchen:
Have been for lunch and dinner. The parking is easy and plenty quite close to the 2 entrances. Atmosphere is good and service prompt. I do find the menu has a bit too much fried foods for my taste and the salad bar very basic. Prices are very good so maybe reflected in food on offer. "We love this place and the food they serve, especially the country chicken curry, naan bread and onion pakoras. What we find different with Kumars' compared to other restaurant is the homely ambience, service and taste. When we were living in Thames we used to have food, in kumars, once in a week, but since we moved to Auckland we visit them whenever possible. Awesome place to be."
