Ordered a panzo from the westcott location and it arrived lukewarm and mushy. It obviously wasn't fully cooked or it had been sitting in the warming bag too long. I called and spoke with the owner and he was completely awful... first accusing me of calling the wrong location to complain (like I'd forget where i ordered from lol) and then said he wouldn't do anything.
