I'm a regular customer and love the frozen custard but my issue is consistency with quantity. Tonight for instance I purchased a signature strawberry shortcake sundae for $6.75. I was surprised when I received my desert it had 1 very small piece of cake, 1 scoop of frozen custard and a spoonful of strawberries. I had to remind them to add whip cream.
