We returned to Oceano apartments again in October this year and had breakfast and lunchtime snacks at Debs Diner. Pleased to say that the service and food was still excellent. We often pop into debs diner for a snack and drink. We always come for Sunday carvery when we are in Costa and have never been disappointed as we weren't today....
