probably my favorite restaurant in tehachapi. it can be busy, but the kitchen keeps the quality top notch, I was never disappointed. this is a sushi restaurant and while I love her sushi, the menu points that let me come back. katsudon, sukiyaki, unagi and yakisoba are my favorites. the scarlet hand roll is by far the best. read more.
