"Went on a trip expected not that this place had pulled out, had this big wood outside went in got big service immediately and was not sure what our waitress alicia eminent had a few subjections and they did not disappoint that I had the western burger and my friend got the pastrami sandwich neither disappointed nor alicia made sure that we phenomenal service this place is a real"

"Egg rolls were terrific as always, messed up on the sauces. Ordered two teriyaki sauce and they included one teriyaki and one sweet and sour sauce. Probably side by side in the bins."

"Reason for giving a low score. Drove through the drive-thru in the morning (9 am) and placed an order for birria tacos, they didn 't have birria, or birria was not ready, okay. Changed to chicken burrito, well they did not have chicken or rice ready! So had no choice but to order a carne asasda and beans burrito! I don 't know but if you are a restaurant and you have a menus up, shouldn 't that restaurant prep all meals ahead to have all their meals ready to fill orders?!! ? And the music was loud that even the guy taking our order couldn 't hear us over the intercom because he said, I can hear you can you drive up to the window because the music is so loud I can 't hear what you are ordering!"

"I think the important thing you need to know about this restaurant, and you can tell this from the responses from management in the reviews, is that they want you to have a pleasant dining experience and will do everything in their power to make sure you have a satisfactory dining experience. The staff is friendly and all smiles. My wife and I had breakfast there on a Super Bowl Sunday morning and it was quite busy. The wait time for our meal was quite long. After we were served and our waitress came buy and asked how everything was we gave an honest critique of our dishes. My wife's meal was not hot and her waffle was rather hard/ tough. We both had sunny side up eggs that were snotty (give me 10 minutes with the check and I could teach him how to cook proper sunny side up eggs) I have never had chicken fried steak in my life so I decided to give theirs a try. Now mind you, since I have nothing to compare it to all I can do is just say what I thought of theirs's: Not impressed. Very thin, mostly just coating on both sides of whatever was inside. When we were finished with our meal, our waitress informed us that the management was comping our meal and hoped that we might come in again sometime and have a better experience. This, btw, had nothing to do with me being a google guide, as they had no knowledge of this. After some frank discussion with the waitress we did learn that they do not make their waffles in house. They come pre made. Same with their chicken fried steak. On a positive note the highlight of our meal was their fluffy and delicate biscuits they serve with delicious gravy ALL MADE IN HOUSE. They could probably brand themselves on their biscuits and gravy alone. And No complaints whatsoever about the portion sizes, and the coffee was good. Like I said, they had no knowledge that I am a google guide and would be doing a review; and I had no knowledge they would end up comping the meals. I would definitely return to this place because I know they have good biscuits and gravy, attentive staff, and concerned management. I wouldn't order their waffles or chicken fried steak though, and I would ask for my eggs basted or over easy. All the best to the staff and management."
