What User doesn't like about Harpagus Cafe Café:
My review is based on my Coffee takeout. The Restaurant is on the first floor while the Cafe' is on the second floor. The staff are well mannered and wear matching uniforms. The price of a Mocha was 21k Tomans. It came on a small cardboard tray, with 3 tissues, 1 packet of sugar, 1 plastic spoon and 1 sweet cookie which was very nice. The cookie was delicious! Good breakfast. The good point is that they open early at 07:30
I had english breakfast here and I liked it. However, staff were very slow and service was not very good.
