This is an updated review to my previous one. Yes, we did stop coming here for a few years due to the stroppy service, but the food has always been good and the cleanliness of the place is also faultless. Stopped for breakfast en route to St Ives and received a frosty response from the owner, despite trying our best to be friendly. Breakfast was well cooked, but coffee machine was still ‘warming up’ (at 10.15am! and tea was served in small white utilitarian cups. Really disappointed by everything as we have supported this establishment for years yet felt there was no attempt to engage with us in any way. read more.
