"A good selection of fish is cooked to order, crispy batter, never greasy, chips are crispy and not soggy and stuck together which seems to be how other establishments serve theirs these days, very good value, the best fish and chip shop in Teignmouth by a long way. "It was the busiest I've ever seen it but we were easily accommodated. No complaints from anyone in our group, I had an omelette with chips and salad and it hit the spot. Full of builders on a Friday mid morning so I'm sure other times would be a bit quieter."

"Situated just outside Exeter Central couldn’t think of a better place to wait for a train or to while away the time on a sunny afternoon/evening , as they open around 4pm .Excellent staff and a well stocked bar, a great place to watch the world go by"

"Came here with some friends without a booking and there wasn’t quite enough space but the owner very kindly moved some chairs to get us in. Food was delicious and a decent price and at the end of the meal we were given free tequila! Would definitely come back here, very friendly service and tasty food"

"Looked lovely. No queue but had to almost beg to be served for a takeaway coffee. Waited 10 minutes and then politely asked if my order was in the queue. Barista was very rude and told me I hadn’t waited long and would have to wait at least as long again. Wouldn’t have left a review, but the dude’s attitude was just so bad… anyway, we had a great time in Totnes barring this little stain.."
