That's the restaurant of the hotel. Service is professional, food is based on local specialities re-elaborated in a modern key. A bit pricy but acceptable. As I will be back in the same area, I go back to eat at Edermann View all feedback.

we have been in good edermann for 3 days. the room and the hotel were clean. the entire plant is missing from the last ground (cracked in the clean, moldy silicone joints in the shower, open current distribution cans in the outside area etc). nothing really crass but in this price is not suitable. the dinner was okay, but just fine. the breakfast was great, a lot of choice and great. drinks on the bar are expensive....
