"So, my mrs is a right pain in the arse and a bit of a fitness freak. All bloody week she has been making me eat croissants for breakfast and go for walks….. does she not know it’s f…ing boiling out ? Well this morning I got my way and got a decent breakfast. After some searching, the trip advisor preferred breakfast was Jimmy hills and to be honest it was a damn fine shout. I’m sat here, in something close to a bacon coma emanating zen. I had the mega breakfast by the way. Her crepes looked good too…. Pun not intended. Would recommend The serving staff have been nothing short of lovely and a decent price too No complaints here Sorry, gotta go, she’s making me souvenir shop now ….."

"My boyfriend and I shared 5 tapas for a reasonable price. The best pan y tomato we had during our visit at Menorca. The rest of the tapas did not seem purely menorquian, but with a nice international touch. Great food experience!"

"Without doubt the best restaurant we visited on Menorca! Beautiful place run by a French chef, Herve. Food was really good. Staff were fantastic and above all the price was very reasonable. If the Michelin Guide inspector could try it out that would be great as it definitely should be on your guide."

"We arrived and the Manager (I think) was perfectly welcoming, genuinely lovely man with a sense of humour. This review is not a reflection of his professionalism. He helped us with the menu and shared a joke. However, as soon as he left, there was a palpable shift in atmosphere. The waiter (assistant manager) was clearly unhappy that we weren't prepared to follow a starter/main/desert programme. Apparently, tapas are only for starter in this restaurant, he couldn't have made that clearer. He then appeared to sulk his way through our order.. When our teenage son asked for no salad on his burger, the waiter had to make a comment about his order failing to include any healthy ingredients. Noble, but not necessary. When items were missed from the order, the waitress appeared to be annoyed with us/him/somebody???? The food was tasty and the ingredients were fresh, but the grilled monkfish lacked side dishes (one slice of potato was rather disappointing). This is the first time during our holiday that we have not felt able to leave a tip. Not sure who owns/manages this restaurant, but please train the front of house staff. Your chef knows what he/she is doing. Front of house, shambolic. Could be a case of sour grapes? They would have added to the grilled monkfish dish. It costs nothing to smile!"
