What User doesn't like about Monachos 3:
It is a nauseating, filthy and unhygienic place, it smells bad and mice roam around it all night. Invasion of public space (the entire sidewalk was taken over) and it operates during hours that are not allowed (it is in the residential sector and is open 24/7). I don't know how to get sanitation and public space to close that putrid place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
