The daytime maitre’d is a wonderful person. The waitstaff and the food are average. The great view doesn’t compensate adequately for the defects.

"I always make sure to stop by Siam whenever I’m in Telluride. The pad see ew is vegan and it’s so good! The server did give me a heads up and let me know that the Pad Thai is *not* vegan because it contains fish sauce and shrimp paste. Just so you know!"

"Disappointing meal. From the kale Caesar (old kale and off dressing) to the short ribs, nothing was remarkable enough to warrant going again. The prices don’t reflect the food quality anymore. This used to be a great place in Telluride. The service was good but our server was overwhelmed, they sat three tables at once and that can make or break your service. She tried her best and was friendly. Even the deserts were not up to par with what this place used to be like. Not a great experience unfortunately for a birthday dinner."

"Sketchy fries! Get them. They look kind of a mess but they are so good. We got 6 kinds of tacos here. I got elk sausage, drippy mitch and the lambrizo. Husband got ahi tuna,, pork belly and Korean BBQ. Our favorites were the elk sausage and pork belly. Tacos came out rocket fast. Some seating outside."
