"Best restaurant in town! Dined here three times as guests of hotel. Every time, service food outstanding. Don't miss the Bison Ribeye and scallops for dinner and the pecan-crusted trout for lunch. Save room for the flourless chocolate cake. This restaurant could easily exist in New York City and survive."

"Phenomenal tacos. It's a small place and we didn't really look at reviews before going in, and we were pleasantly surprised. All the tacos we tried were delicious but our favorites were the Korean bbq and the yardcore. So so good! Must go if you're in telluride. Quick and friendly service. You order at the bar and the tacos come out pretty quick."

"I always make sure to stop by Siam whenever I’m in Telluride. The pad see ew is vegan and it’s so good! The server did give me a heads up and let me know that the Pad Thai is *not* vegan because it contains fish sauce and shrimp paste. Just so you know!"
