Dave catered the dinner for our wedding and everything was delicious. He made the food at a ranch where all of the equipment, power, water, etc, had to be brought in. He made a watermelon salad, lobster pasta, stuffed zucchini, and prime rib for entree. For cocktail hour we had charcuterie, crab cakes, and short ribs. Dave’s servers were great as well and very quick and professional.

We brought in Chef Jill for an intimate dinner after a small elopement and she was fantastic! The food was amazing, service impeccable, and clean up was spotless. Highly recommend for your next event!

The whole experience was great. It was nice not having to go to a restaurant. Food was good and they left the kitchen cleaner than it was before they cooked. We would use them again.
