we went to temecula for hot air balloon and had to stop through this metzgerei before we drove back. we were there for pork baby ribs. but when we saw the tomahawks, we decided to choose one! we have less than 4 lb tomahawk, a rack baby back ribs and several chicken leg meats. we grilled the tomahawk in the same night on our kamado joe’s grill. it was amazing! probably the top 3 steak in my life. the flesh is super f... on a Sunday afternoon. only one choice. mostly empty display bag. no other customers except us in there. we asked the man behind the counter if he could make us a sandwich, and he said they made it sandwiches half an hour ago. not a customer and there, and he would rather send a customer away. odd.
