We don't get to Macaroni Grill as often these days as we once did, so it was great to see they still do a stellar job. It was incredibly busy since it was Valentine's Day, but the staff managed to keep up. We had two longtime favorites, shrimp portofino and chicken scallopini, with lobster bisque and calamari to startâall as tasty as we remembered. They overbooked on reservations which delayed our dinner coming to our table. It took over an hour. They did warn us but the appetizers did come at a good time. Appetizers were delicious. During the whole wait they did come and check in on us. But I believe management should care about their employees/staff.
