I?m new to the area, and this is the second Starbucks location in Temecula that I?ve received phenomenal customer service. The Manager (Richard)and staff (Judy+more) reach out to customers for feedback on services which is an excellent way to know them. What SHANNON Woods doesn't like about Starbucks:
Restroom was in poor shape. No toilet seat liners or toilet paper and barely had soap. Went to use the other restroom instead and it was out of order, how convenient. Do better with your cleanliness! View all feedback.
Order using your phone. The service was quick. Not the best Mango Dragan I've had but it was still refreshing.
