We have gone to tea here a couple times and the previous times were wonderful. Usually staff is very attentive and helpful. I took family there for a special event and was very disappointed. We were left waiting for waters , given drinks with hair in them. The bakery items were incredibly dry. Staff came over to our table perhaps twice the entire time.
