What Rachele Vincent doesn't like about Einstein Bros Bagels:
Did you know this particular location charges to toast you bagels??? Yup that's right you cannot get a half dozen toasted unless you order them individually which is $4 more. Everyone there says its not their choice and that its corporate policy even though I've never had someone refuse to toast my 6 bagels at any other location. I forgot to use my coupon, they still gave a me a senior discount because I was there with my 90 year old grandma. Very nice staff. Bagels were very yummy!!

Definitely top notch service when they give you your egg sandwich on a bagel while you are still filling your coffee cup
