I love coming to this restaurant for their fresh smoothies and juices. My go-to is the refreshing carrot juice, especially on a hot summer day. The service here always goes above and beyond, with the staff being enthusiastic and providing quick service. Shoutout to Jon for honoring my BOGO coupon. I will definitely be returning! What Tracy Ireland doesn't like about Jamba Juice:
I was extremely disappointed with my experience! They did not offer Wheatgrass shots and I had to specifically request fresh squeezed juice instead of juice concentrate. The smoothie I received tasted awful. I spent over $26 and will not be returning. I will look for another juice bar to visit next time. View all feedback.
I appreciate that they are willing to customize a smoothie to accommodate personal dietary restrictions. However, I would prefer if they made wheatgrass juice fresh without any additional ingredients.

Due to not being able to order the Impossible sandwich without any cheese in the app, I called ahead to make sure I could get it for my preorder; despite my speaker glitching out and me speaking way too quietly at first, the woman I talked to was so sweet, kind, and patient! I wished I got her name so I could put it in the review, but I didn't it was around 12 on Saturday, though. I wasn't a sausage person before I went vegan, yet I surprisingly loved the sandwich; it was wonderful with tabascoadded to it as well. The bread was delicious and flavorful while the sausage was soft but firm; it wasn't squishy or spongy atall, which was a great contrast to a lot of other quick serve Impossible sandwiches! I got the Greens n' Ginger as well, and Ifeel like this location makes it the best. It has the perfect amount of ginger (I'm a ginger fiend while not outweighing thefruity flavors of the mango and peach, or the subtle flavor of kale. Very yummy, and I highly recommend! I've came here a lotbefore my night shifts as well, and all off the staff members are so friendly and cordial despite its busy ness. This isdefinitely my Jamba Juice of choice; thanks so much for working so hard <3 :
The smoothie was just fine, it was the attitude I was met with that ruined the experience. After our work out, a friend and I came in about an hour before close. I ordered a large smoothie with whey protein added. As everyone knows, whey proteinbasically makes smoothies bigger, so I typically end up with a little extra when it?s all said and done (I usually order amedium in a large cup so I can have the full smoothie I ordered). So when the associate behind the counter had a full HALF ABLENDER LEFT after filling the large cup, I lightheartedly asked if I could please get a small cup for the extra. Sheimmediately snapped at me saying ?yeah I can?t do that since it?s based on the ounces you paid for, so? and quickly whippedaround to then dump the half a blender worth of smoothie down the drain. First of all, I DID pay for those ounces considering, without the whey, they would have gone in my cup. Secondly, how were your ingredient measurements so over that you ended up witha whole extra smoothie in the blender? Like dang, even if you can?t give me the rest of the drink I ordered, that?s a lot ofwasted product down the drain. I know you have the blenders clean a whole hour early so I?m a pain to you but I just want myprotein, that?s stuffs pricey.
