Went through the DriveThru and JP handled our transaction. Super nice, very funny and asked us about our day : Really made our lunch break fun and we left with smiles on our faces. What Tony Formica doesn't like about Starbucks:
They do not do a good job of giving the volume associated with the size you order. I've had twice now a Venti order that's much less than 20oz. I've attached pictures. There's a good 2inch space from coffee and top of the Venti cup. I let the first time slide but there's a trend the management should be aware of. View all feedback.
