I went in this store yesterday and Ladavia was awesome she suggested this cookie dough ice cream that was great. She has awesome customer service skills she was running the whole store yesterday by herself she was great. She really needs to be the manager of your store because she was the only one yesterday taking care of the customers needs and she did it all gracefully. View all feedback.

What Ashley Romnosky doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Never so disappointed. I came for the layered chocolate chip cookie dough Sunday which they done make here apparently. Despite the ads across the screen menu, they don't do the Oreo mega stuff cone either. After 7minutes of waiting to attended to and place my order, the pecan praline and Oreo ice cream was great, but the chocolate chip had ice shards, not just crystals.
